Send a Patient an E-Card

Sending an E-Card greeting will let your loved ones know you are thinking about them during their hospital stay. This free service is available for anyone currently an inpatient at Hanover & District Hospital.

Our staff take great care to safeguard your privacy. Your message is sent directly to a secure site on the HDH web page, however, because the e-cards are printed and hand delivered to the patients, others may view the message you add. We suggest that you do not put anything in the message that you would not put on a postcard.

Messages will be delivered between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday to Friday only. We regret we cannot offer this service on weekends or statutory holidays at this time.

Our staff take great care to safeguard your privacy. If a patient is no longer in hospital, your message will be shredded and discarded without notification to you.

E-Cards that are submitted after 3:00 p.m., will be delivered the next business day.
